How to Order When you are ready to order your Eternal rings, the method is simple. |

The easiest way is to order directly from this web
site: once you find the rings you desire, simply click the
"order now" button and you will find yourself at the order
form. Here you can specify ring size and select from the
collection (very often bride and groom choose different, yet
complementary, styles). You will provide credit card information
and your shipping address. Your order will then be securely
submitted. Your jewelry will arrive free right to your door.
We usually ship within two weeks of your purchase. Remember,
your rings are made to order. |

Then please call us, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Pacific
Standard Time, at 707.227.5731. We will happily take your order over
the phone, or instruct you how to order by mail, if that is what you
prefer. |

Your accurate ring size
is imperative for a comfortable fit. If you are not absolutely sure of
your ring size, go to a jeweler, who can size your ring finger using
standardized tools. Please note that listed prices will increase for
sizes above 11. |

Your privacy is imperative. Ordering on the Eternal web site is always secure, and additionally your name and address will never be sold or distributed.

Free delivery to your door, including international orders,
usually within two weeks of your purchase. Your rings are hand sized
and cast just for you. In the event that you feel you want to return
your rings, return shipping is also free.

| Returns are simple. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the
unworn item within 10 days of purchase and we will happily exchange,
replace, or refund your purchase price. Since the ring was sized and
cast just for you, we ask a 5% restocking fee. |
